PCPL Apps & Games Privacy Addendum

Privacy for QuotaMinder and PCPL digital products.

Effective October 11, 2026. This section supplements the website policy above and applies to PCPL-developed apps and games. Product-specific disclosures control when they are more protective than the general website policy.

QuotaMinder information handled on your device

QuotaMinder stores usage percentages, reset times, provider names, optional plan costs, settings, and local history on your iPhone or iPad. PCPL does not operate an account system or backend that receives your saved quota history.

  • Widgets receive only normalized values needed to display selected limits.
  • A paired Apple Watch receives normalized provider names, percentages, reset times, and alert settings—not credentials, screenshots, prompts, conversations, or history.
  • A screenshot you choose is read on-device and is not uploaded or retained by QuotaMinder.

Analytics and advertising measurement

QuotaMinder uses Firebase Analytics and the Meta SDK to measure installs, app opens, product interaction, app performance, and advertising attribution. Apple’s SKAdNetwork may also provide aggregated advertising-attribution information. Depending on your device settings and consent choices, these services may process:

  • Coarse location for analytics.
  • Device identifiers for third-party advertising, analytics, app functionality, and tracking.
  • Purchase history and product interaction for analytics.
  • Crash data for app functionality.
  • Other diagnostic and technical data for analytics.

Device identifiers may be linked to you and used for tracking across apps and websites for advertising attribution and measurement. The other data types listed above are disclosed as not linked to your identity. PCPL does not sell personal information.

Provider connections and credentials

If you explicitly connect a supported provider account, QuotaMinder requests quota and reset information directly from that provider on your device. QuotaMinder does not request or store provider passwords. Connection credentials are stored only in the device Keychain with this-device-only protection and are not included in widgets, Watch data, exports, logs, analytics, or local history.

Information not sent to analytics or advertising providers

QuotaMinder does not send your prompts, responses, conversations, private source code, provider credentials, browser history, payment details, saved screenshots, saved quota history, or precise location to Firebase or Meta. Automatic advanced matching is not used to upload email addresses, phone numbers, names, postal information, or gender.

Deletion, exports, and choices

You can remove local usage data and locally stored connection credentials from QuotaMinder Settings. Exports are created only when you request them and contain normalized quota information—not passwords or connection credentials. You can manage advertising and tracking permissions through iOS privacy controls. Firebase, Meta, Apple, and connected providers process data under their own privacy policies and retention practices.

Games and future products

Each released PCPL game or app will identify any product-specific data handling before collection begins. PCPL will update this policy before adding materially different data handling.
