These Terms of Service shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Florida, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising under these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Orange County, Florida.
PCPL reserves the right to update or modify these Terms of Service at any time. Revised terms will be posted on this page with an updated effective date. Continued use of the Site following any changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.

Effective September 22, 2026. These app-specific terms apply to QuotaMinder, provided by PC Procurement & Logistics LLC (PCPL). They supplement the Apple Standard End User License Agreement. If these terms conflict with that agreement or applicable law, the agreement and law control.
QuotaMinder is an informational productivity tool, not an official service of or endorsed by any AI provider shown in the app. Provider names identify compatible services only. It does not allocate, extend, restore, reserve, or guarantee access to an AI service. Your provider's own account, billing, and usage pages control your actual entitlement and availability.
Provider reported means a connected provider returned the value, which may still be delayed, incomplete, changed, or corrected. User provided or screenshot confirmed means you supplied or approved it; entry or recognition errors may occur. A reading marked ≈, EST, Estimate, Learning estimate, or Calibrated estimate is calculated from incomplete data, activity, prior readings, reset history, or your calibration. It is not a provider-reported counter or promise of remaining access.
Percentages, reset times, countdowns, forecasts, pace calculations, alerts, and task guidance can be approximate, delayed, stale, unavailable, or wrong. Provider rules, routing, tiers, billing cycles, rate limits, time zones, outages, and service changes may affect results without notice. Apple controls background execution and widget refresh timing; a selected refresh interval is a preference, not a guarantee.
Check the provider's own account or usage page before relying on a reading. Do not use QuotaMinder as the sole basis for financial commitments, contractual deadlines, emergency or safety decisions, regulated work, production-capacity guarantees, or any situation where an incorrect or delayed reading could cause material harm. Alerts and notifications may arrive late or not at all.
Connected providers are independent third parties. Their authentication, availability, data, limits, prices, terms, and interfaces are outside PCPL's control and may change or stop working. PCPL may modify, suspend, or remove a connection for security, accuracy, compatibility, legal compliance, or App Store requirements.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, QuotaMinder and its readings, estimates, forecasts, alerts, widgets, and connections are provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties of accuracy, completeness, timeliness, uninterrupted operation, merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or noninfringement. No statement guarantees an amount or duration of provider access.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, PCPL is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or lost profits, lost data, missed deadlines, service interruption, provider charges, or loss of access arising from use of or reliance on QuotaMinder. Aggregate liability is limited as provided by the Apple Standard EULA and applicable law. Nothing here excludes or limits non-waivable consumer rights, remedies, or liability, including where exclusion is prohibited for fraud, willful misconduct, gross negligence, or personal injury.
