Pete Cruz is an operational and logistics leader with over two decades of experience spanning military service, government contracting, and large-scale logistics operations. A former U.S. Navy Nuclear Engineer Officer, he served aboard ballistic missile submarines where precision, compliance, and zero-margin-for-error execution defined every mission. As a U.S. Army Lieutenant Colonel and Military Police Officer, he led teams across multiple operational theaters—coordinating crisis response, infrastructure operations, and international mission support in high-stakes environments. Following his military service, Pete led complex logistics operations across the Indo-Pacific, Middle East, and Europe, directing base camp development, life support coordination, and subcontractor management in austere and contingency environments. He founded PC Procurement & Logistics to bring that same operational discipline and execution focus to the federal procurement marketplace—providing government agencies and prime contractors with responsive, compliant, and accountable sourcing support. Pete is a proud graduate of the University of Oklahoma.
